When I was in Kyoto this past summer I was determined to try the famous Japanese fluffy pancakes. I would always see videos of these interesting pancakes, and the people eating them always seem to enjoy them. I took a spontaneous afternoon in search of the best fluffy pancakes I could find in Kyoto.
